As you probably, know Internet Explorer is the most common browser over the network, but FireFox is very good as well. Actually for my work I use both of them. I am opening the ticketing section and administration area with the FireFox browser, because I have wonderful addons for it which are doing important thinks like Spell checking, keeping session alive and fast pasting of templates. Actually the most common used Addons are ReloadEvery, British English Dictionary and Clipping. The ReloadEvery addon reloads a certain web page in custom time, and keeps your session alive. This is very important when you are working with web applications that have some expiry time. In my case this addon keeps the session of our system for my 8 working hours shift. This also refreshes the tickets that I have in the ticketing system.
The British English Dictionary underscores every wrong word you have typed in your web page. This helps me to see if I am typing something wrong and to fix it immediately. The last of course is very important if you are writing multiple emails or tickets per day with templates. You can create, export and import your own templates in your FireFox browser and to paste them with 2 clicks on the mouse. Amazing isn't it ?
