As you probably know, you are able to submit free tickets & to request support for most common operating systems and computers. This article will show you which computers I am currently supporting, what Operating systems and drivers.
One of the laptops I am supporting is Toshiba A300. It is very good Laptop with Intel® Core™2 Duo processor and powerful ATI Mobility Radeon™ HD 3470 video card. Of course this computer is Bundled with Windows Vista Home Premium, but unfortunately just 32 bit.

I am glad to inform you that Internet Explorer 8 has been finally released. Actually I was beta tester of Internet Explorer 8, and I am quite impressed how it has become faster, better, reliable, and flexible like the FireFox browsers. I have installed Internet Explorer 8 on all of my members and they are quite happy with the new interface and fuctionallity. It's definetely worth to install the newest Internet Explorer. It can be downloaded at: http://www.microsoft.com/ie8 Enjoy it. |

Nowadays when we are used to use so much Information Technologies, and we have started to ask ourselves is this secure ? Who is controlling this security, and who can gain access over our personal information. There a lots of people who are creating malicious software with the only idea to steal information from the internet users (online banking or credit card details, personal information, chats emails and so on). How do we stop this when we do not know which we page is real and which is not. Right now there are "supa-dupa" security softwares called "Internet Security suites" that are totally monitoring your computer. Every process you start is being scanned. Every web page that you visit is being scanned. Every chat that you use is being scanned. Every connection that the computer is trying to establish is notified and you have the ability either to block it either to allow it. |

Hi to all computer users all over the world,
Today I decided to create this page and to start providing free remote support for every user who registers on this web page and requests some help. Why am I doing that ? I am currently working as a Technical Support in a UK Internet Service provider. While taking calls and processing tickets I noticed that there are a lot of people to whom I cannot really help. That is because I don't have the authority to do so. It is not easy to deny the help the customer really needs or transfer him/her to another support team.
The truth is that I really want to help them, but this may cost me a coaching from our managers. That's why I'm here now. What else can I say ? Request support, use your computer the way it is supposed to be used, enjoy it - that's why they are invented after all :)
Do not forget to donate, because this will keep the web page up-to-date and running.
Sincerely yours,
Theremotefixer.com Administrator |
