As you probably know, you are able to submit free tickets & to request support for most common operating systems and computers. This article will show you which computers I am currently supporting, what Operating systems and drivers.

One of the laptops I am supporting is Toshiba A300. It is very good Laptop with Intel® Core™2 Duo processor and powerful ATI Mobility Radeon™ HD 3470 video card. Of course this computer is Bundled with Windows Vista Home Premium, but unfortunately just 32 bit.

The next computer that I am supporting is the Acer Aspire 5710 Laptop, which has AMD Turion processor and ATI Mobility Radeo 1000 Series Video card. Of course this computer was Bundled with Windows Vista Home Premium 32 bit, but I have managed to upgrade it to Windows Vista Ultimate 64 bit. The owner of this computer is very happy now. The 64 bit operating system is faster than the old 32 bit system.

Of course I am supporting one of the best brands for Laptops - DELL, and the exact model is Inspiron 6400. This unique laptop has again Intel® Core™2 Duo processor and Intel® 945 Graphics. On this masterpiece of equipment I have installed 4 GB DDR2 800 MHz RAM, but it is so unfortunate that DELL has limited the chipset to support about 3.3 GB. After all Windows Vista Ultimate x64 works perfectly with 3.3 GB RAM. I really love this laptop.

Intel is my favourite brand for processors and Chipsets, but I am supporting others like VIA, SiS, nVIDIA and AMD. Also I am supporting HP, Lenovo, Fujitsu-Siemens laptops.

From the sound devices, the most common ones are Realtek, ADI SoundMAX, Creative and C-Media. I really like the Creative ones. They are the best.
